At a news conference on Sunday, Everman police gave a timeline of the investigation and search for missing 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez.
Noel’s mother left the country with her husband and other children before an Amber Alert was issued for her missing son, Police Chief Craig Spencer said.
Other family members told police they haven’t seen Noel since November.
