Taylor Sheridan’s “Landman” has wrapped filming season 2 in Fort Worth, according to several social media posts from the show’s cast.

The Paramount+ series began filming in late March in and around Cowtown, including at TCU and in downtown. Production also spent time in nearby cities such as Cresson, Benbrook, Jacksboro and Springtown.

Series star Ali Larter, who plays Angela, posted to her nearly one million Instagram followers Thursday and confirmed that shooting on season 2 had finished.

“That’s a wrap for season 2 of Landman! Our incredible cast and crew is playing at the top of their game. You can feel all the time, effort, love, laughter, and dedication that goes into making our show so special. I’m so thankful to be a part of this and can’t wait to share it with you,” the post read.

Actor James Jordan, who plays Dale, also posted on Instagram this week saying that cameras are no longer rolling on season 2.

“And that’s a wrap on Dale for season 2 of @landmanpplus. Lookin’ forward to ya’ll catching us starting this December on @paramountplus. All the hearts. All the love. Good to be home,” Jordan wrote.

When will ‘Landman’ season 2 release?

Season 2 of the series is expected to release on Paramount+ sometime in December, Paramount co-CEO Chris McCarthy said during the company’s second quarter earnings call on July 31.

Sheridan fans will have a couple other shows to hold them over until December. “Tulsa King” season 3 will premiere in September, followed by “Mayor of Kingstown” season 4 in October.
