  • Where is this restaurant? 113 Roberts Cut Off Road, near White Settlement Road

“Lovely low-key biergarten with great selection of beers imported and domestic wines, excellent smash burgers, a great selection of appetizers and well curated cheese boards.”

  • What else to know: Since opening last year, Crystal Springs Hideaway has quickly become one of Fort Worth’s favorite patios and beer gardens. Guests can drink coffee, sip wine and nibble cheese up front, enjoy beer and burgers out back, or order cocktails inside the 101-year-old home-turned-beer-garden and coffee café.
  • Signature dishes: The coffee bar serves Central American and Ethiopian blends — plus pastries from James Beard semifinalist Maricsa Trejo of La Casita Bakeshop in Richardson. Home to Big Kat Burgers, the kitchen serves “big, messy” burgers, tots or fries, and crowd favorites like cowboy caviar and green chile corn dip with Fritos.
  • Hours: The restaurant is closed on Mondays but opens at 11 a.m. every other day of the week. It closes at 10 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and 9 p.m. on Sundays. The coffee bar is open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesdays through Sundays. See the menu.
