Domingos de Fiesta is back in the Fort Worth Stockyards this Sunday, July 27. If you haven’t gone yet this summer, it’s a free event on select Sundays that offers some family fun, food, live music and more. The remaining dates are Aug. 10, 24 and 31. All events are held at the Exchange Lawn from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Here’s what to know about Domingos de Fiesta if you go.

What can you do at Fort Worth Stockyards Domingos de Fiesta?

Domingos de Fiesta means “Holiday Sundays.” This event at the Stockyards includes live music, food, rodeos, bull-fighting and river train excursions.

Here’s all you can do at the weekend celebration:

  • Line dancing to DJ Luv music: norteñas, cumbias, banda, corridos, country, zapateados, huapangos, Tejano and more.

  • Ultimate Bull Fighting events at 2:30 p.m. at Cowtown Coliseum (doors open 1 p.m.). Additional ticket cost– varies on the day.

  • Herd Cattle Drives at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Watch from along east Exchange Avenue at the Livestock Exchange Building or the steps of the Observation Deck.

  • Old West Comedy Shows at 11:45 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. (right after the cattle drive)

  • Cowtown Opry at 2 p.m. on the steps of Exchange building, 131 East Exchange Avenue Suite 140.

  • $10 Trinity River Train excursions from 3 to 3:45 p.m. The ticket box opens at 1 p.m. Check in at the Ticket Booth 90 minutes before departure.

What to eat at Domingos de Fiesta

In addition to all the restaurants in the Stockyards, Domingos de Fiesta is offering some deals.

  • Viva Vaquero will serve their Buckaroo Burger (grilled jalapenos and pico de gallo) as well as sausage and jumbo hot dogs.

  • $5 canned Ranch2o Margaritas, Michelob Ultra Drafts, Busch Light Drafts and Bud Light Cheladas.

Where to park in the Fort Worth Stockyards

Though most of Domingos de Fiesta even is free, parking is not. Parking rates for Sunday at the Stockyards are $22.50 plus tax. If you plan on staying overnight, it is $32.50. If you prefer to use a valet service, it is $25 on Sundays.
