Fort Worth has many attractions for tourists visiting during this summer’s FIFA World Cup, including a bevy of filming locations for shows like “Landman” and “Lioness.”
Arlington’s AT&T Stadium (which will be rebranded as Dallas Stadium during the tournament) will host nine matches — five in the group stage, which begins on Sunday, June 14, and four in the knockout round, including a semifinal on July 14. In addition, Sweden and the Czech Republic have base camps in Frisco and Mansfield, respectively.
Millions of folks are expected to journey to North Texas for the biggest sporting event in the world.

Since 2015, when the Fort Worth Film Commission was established, the film industry has driven $1 billion in economic impact and created over 50,000 jobs in Cowtown.
“Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan has moved a majority of his television production to the city over the past few years. He even opened a 450,000-square-foot film and television production campus in north Fort Worth last year.

The Stockyards is a welcome spot for tourists to see such locations like Hotel Drover, Cattlemen’s Steak House, White Elephant Saloon and Billy Bob’s Texas. Scenes for “1883,” “Landman” and “Yellowstone” have all been shot in the historic district.
Sundance Square is in the heart of downtown Fort Worth and has welcomed shows like “Landman” and “Lioness.” The venue is also planning to screen all 104 World Cup matches this summer.
Fort Worth’s Cultural District boasts many museums and activities. It’s also a spot where shows like “Lioness” and “Landman” have spent a significant amount of time.
