FIFA World Cup

These North Texas restaurants have FIFA World Cup watch party specials

Care for a plate of mushy peas and fish and chips while you watch Harry Kane play at Dallas Stadium on June 17?

That’s just one of the festive World Cup food and drink offerings available while the tournament occurs in Arlington.

If you’re not attending a match in person, there are countless watch parties for all nine matches. Fans can probably attend a different watch party for every game if they wanted.

The first match of the World Cup will be played on June 11 between Mexico and South Africa. Then, a whole month of soccer is ahead. A semifinal round will close out the matches played in Dallas Stadium on July 14.

So far, Japan, the Netherlands, England, Croatia, Argentina, Austria and Jordan are confirmed to play in the Metroplex. Whether you’re a local fan or tourist, get on your soccer merch and head out to one of these FIFA-themed watch parties.
