‘Mr. Clappy is ours!’ Giants fans take over Jason Garrett jokes from Dallas Cowboys fans
Jason Garrett is no longer with the Dallas Cowboys, but that’s not stopping fans from filling social media with jokes.
Garrett, who was named the New York Giants offensive coordinator on Friday night, was often the butt of jokes by fans and media (I mean, let’s be real) whenever things went south during his tenure with the Cowboys.
The news that he’s joining the NFC East rival Giants was greeted with much the same snark. And with the teams playing at least twice every season, the jokes are likely to continue. Unless, of course, Garrett’s offense runs over the Cowboys’ defense. Then we’ll get other jokes.
