TCU football injury report: Who’s out and who’s available against Colorado?
TCU and Colorado released their official injury report late Wednesday for Saturday’s game at Amon G. Carter Stadium.
TCU starting defensive tackle Ansel Din-Mbuh was listed as out with an undisclosed injury. A transfer from Washington State who went to Aledo High School, Din-Mbuh has 3.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks this season. Din-Mbuh played just 22 snaps in last week’s narrow loss to Arizona State.
On the good news front, leading rusher Kevorian Barnes and leading receiver Eric McAlister were listed as questionable. Barnes, who has missed the past two games, practiced Wednesday without a red no-contact jersey, and there’s optimism he could play, even in a limited capacity.
McAlister wasn’t seen at Wednesday’s practice, but sources with knowledge of the situation say there’s a small chance he could play in a limited capacity. McAlister is dealing with a hamstring injury that limited him against Arizona State.
