Who are your top three campaign contributors? Complete information about my campaign’s finances can be found at the Texas Ethics Commission’s website. I comply with the contribution limits of the Texas Judicial Campaign Fairness Act.

Why are you seeking this office? After seven years of dedicated service on the Court, I hope the People of Texas will allow me to spend six more years defending our Constitution and providing impartial justice for all Texans.

What are your top three policy priorities? My priority on the Court is to work hard to decide each case based on the law. My job is not to advance any particular policy agenda. Instead, my job is to follow the law as written and to allow the Legislature, the Governor, and the People of Texas to establish policy for our state.

Why should voters choose you over your opponent(s)? My experience on the Court, my experience prior to joining the Court, and my proven commitment to work hard and apply the law consistently. My opponent’s controversial tenure as a criminal district judge in Harris County has demonstrated his unfitness for a promotion to the Supreme Court.
