It’s time to head to the polls, as early voting for the May 7 city and school board elections begins Monday, April 25.
In Fort Worth, the city is asking voters to approve $560 million in bonds for roads, parks, and police and fire safety improvements. The District 4 council seat is also open after Cary Moon resigned to run for state office. Fort Worth school district voters will be filling two seats on the school board. In Arlington, two seats are open on the City Council and the school board.
If no candidate receives more than 50% of the vote, the top two will advance to a runoff on June 18.
