A $2.2M designer boutique is coming soon to Fort Worth. Here’s what we know
Editor’s Note: This story was updated on July 10, 2025 with new renderings of Forty Five Ten’s Fort Worth location.
A new location of Dallas-based boutique Forty Five Ten is coming to Fort Worth in mid-September, according to a spokesperson from Plug PR agency, which is handling promotion of the store.
Forty Five Ten is a women’s boutique that sells high-end clothing, jewelry, handbags and homeware. Headington Companies bought the brand in 2014 and since then, they have operated both the retail store and a terrace bar called Mirador on 1615 Main Street in Dallas.
The Fort Worth location will be on 3220 W. Seventh Street. Its dining option will be called Cafe Mirador, a smaller, more intimate concept similar to Mirador Dallas.
This area of West 7th has been growing with trendy businesses within the last five years. Don Artemio and the Crescent Hotel have both been luxurious additions to the surrounding block that are well-received by locals and visitors.
Here’s what we know about the new boutique.
What we know about the Fort Worth Forty Five Ten
“The Fort Worth store will offer a curated selection of products also available at our downtown Dallas location, alongside exclusive items only available at the Fort Worth boutique,” according to Plug PR. “The new location will feature women’s apparel, accessories, fine jewelry, and home decor — each thoughtfully chosen to reflect the spirit and style of Fort Worth.”
The $2.2 million renovation will span 4,800 square feet.
Ibanez Shaw Architecture will be designing the West 7th location. This boutique firm has designed several commercial and residential buildings across Fort Worth. Their style is sleek, modern and sustainable.
“Custom burl wood and white oak millwork create warmth and contrast to the minimalist retail space of Forty Five Ten’s gallery-inspired design with concrete floors and white walls. Silk Woka sconces and Josef Hoffmann–inspired chandeliers soften the space, while curated marble accessories by Greg Natale (available at Forty Five Ten) and large- scale photography by Juergen Teller lend boldness and soul,” according to Plug PR.
The new location is located in Museum Place, which spans two blocks wide and three blocks long from Sixth Street to Camp Bowie Boulevard. This shopping center neighbors Fort Worth’s West 7th Entertainment District and the Cultural Distract.
