This popular Korean kitchen has a new downtown Fort Worth address. Here’s where

Hoya Korean Kitchen has moved to a new, bigger and better downtown Fort Worth location.

Hoya is now at 335 W. Third St., adjacent to P.F. Chang’s. The Korean restaurant was previously located around the corner at 355 W. Third St.

Its new digs is where Piranha Killer Sushi once was. Piranha was open for 15 years and closed in 2021.

Hoya Korean Kitchen owner Sangwon “Bobby” Ham told Fort Worth Culture Map he had been thinking about expanding into this space for a while. Their grand opening was on Saturday, July 26.

Here’s what’s new.

Is the Hoya Korean Kitchen menu the same?

All of the Hoya Korean Kitchen staples remain — slow-cooked spicy pork, ribeye bulgogi rice dish, dumplings, ramen, teriyaki dishes and Korean fried rice. They also have Korean barbecue with salad and rice.

However, there are some new items they plan to add, like banchan, which are small Korean side dishes that make up a full meal. Ham also said they want to expand their Korean barbecue options.

Hoya also has a full bar with beer, wine, sake and cocktails. These include Korean-inspired old fashions, margaritas and pina coladas.

Menu pricing is $10 to $30 per person.
