Want to be on TV? ‘Lioness’ season 3 is casting for Fort Worth filming

The third season of Taylor Sheridan’s spy series “Lioness” continues to cast extras ahead of a planned October shoot in Fort Worth.

“Lioness” follows CIA operative Joe (Zoe Saldaña) as she balances her “personal and professional lives as the tip of the spear in the agency’s war on terror.” The Paramount+ series aired its first season in 2023 and second in 2024.

While Paramount hasn’t publicly announced the new season, 101 Studios CEO David Glasser confirmed the third go-around to the Star-Telegram in mid-August.

After an initial round of casting, Texas-based Legacy Casting has listed several more notices for filming next month. Here’s what to know.

Here’s how you can be in ‘Lioness’ season 3

Legacy is looking for a double for Zoe Saldaña’s character as she works out.

The actor will be doing burpees, push-ups, bicycle kicks and more. The double would need to be game for all exercises and have a similar skin tone and body type to Saldaña’s, according to Legacy.

No concrete filming date has been set, although whenever it happens the pay rate will be $350 for 12 hours of work. Apply here.

Legacy is also looking for a stand-in actor for Nicole Kidman during filming.

The applicant needs to match her hair, height and body type. The pay rate is $200 for 12 hours of work. Apply here.

On the same day as the FBI shoot, men are needed to appear as staff in a medical examiner’s office. Legacy says extras must be able to lift a heavy gurney for the role, which pays $200 for 12 hours of work. Apply here.

Legacy is looking for neighbors with vehicles for scenes filming on Oct. 10.

These roles will act as neighbors to the main cast throughout the first two episodes. To be considered, Legacy said extras should have a flexible schedule and have vehicles with non-flashy colors.

The pay rate is $200 for 12 hours of work. Apply here.

Another notice is for Russian thugs with guns for a scene potentially filming on Oct. 21. Legacy said military/police experience is required for the role that pays $200 for 12 hours of work. Apply here.

Finally, Legacy is looking for a female neighbor who reacts to a “QRF team approaching her home.”

As of now, filming is slated for Oct. 24 although that could change, the company said. The pay rate is $200 for 12 hours of work. Apply here.
