A new invite-only speakeasy is coming to the West 7th Entertainment District — and it’s hidden behind a green door that looks like an alleyway dumpster.

No Vacancy is its name, and it will be located at 2811 Bledsoe St. #200, right next to Koe Wetzel’s Riot Room. In fact, this new speakeasy is from the same brain behind Riot Room — Emil Bragdon.

Bragdon’s hospitality company, Funky Lime Hospitality, runs quite a few bars in the West 7th district. You may also know Reservoir, The Whiskey Garden, Shot:30, Junk Punch and Your Mom’s House.

No Vacancy is an underground concept, different from those other West 7th bars, that Bragdon has been wanting to do for years, he said in Culture Map Fort Worth.

Here’s what we know about the new spot.

No Vacancy is a 3,800-square-foot underground space under Riot Room and Junk Punch. To get in, you enter through what looks like a large green dumpster (of course, it’s not a real trash collector). There’s no bouncer who will listen to you whisper a secret word, but rather, a key card that scans you in.

“Go down the alleyway behind Koe Wetzel’s Riot Room and look for the first green dumpster on the right. Walk up to the scanner, scan your invitation and the door will open. Upon entering, your ID and invitation will be verified,” says the No Vacancy website.

Again, the venue is invite-only. You cannot stroll in from the street, and you must have an appointment.

Here’s how you can book a table at No Vacancy:

  • You can book a bottle service table reservation online and then receive a code to grant you entrance.

  • If you visit one of the bar’s sister venues, you can try to kiss up to one of the bartenders and try to get an invite.

  • You can buy a year’s worth of access with a platinum membership for $995.

  • If you’re already a member of Funky Lime Hospitality, you will receive a platinum membership automatically.

No Vacancy is slated to open mid-to-late summer this year.

The speakeasy will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. On Saturdays, it will offer “afterhours” from 2 a.m. until 5 a.m. You must still have a reservation for after hours, and there will be an additional cover fee.
