Paramount sets release window for Fort Worth-filmed ‘Landman’ season 2
While Taylor Sheridan’s “Landman” is still filming in and around Fort Worth, Paramount has revealed a release window for season 2.
In Paramount’s first quarter earnings call on May 9, CEO Chris McCarthy highlighted several of Sheridan’s shows and set release windows for future seasons. Chief among the discussion was “Landman,” which McCarthy said will premiere season 2 on Paramount+ sometime in November.
The late fall date mirrors the “Landman” season 1 release strategy as the series premiered on Nov. 17, 2024, and wrapped up its 10-episode run in early January.
Paramount sets release windows for other Sheridan shows
In addition to “Landman,” McCarthy listed off release windows for several other Sheridan universe shows:
- “Tulsa King” season 3- September 2025
- “Mayor of Kingstown” season 4- October 2025
- “Y: Marshals” season 1- First quarter of 2026
- “1944” season 1- Late 2026
McCarthy also said the Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler-led “Yellowstone” spinoff “Dutton Ranch” remains in development.
