‘This game is being ruined by Jason Witten.’ Fans rip announcer for dulling a MNF classic
Jason Witten seems to be making things worse.
Last week, the ESPN broadcaster took heat for comparing New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley to O.J. Simpson.
On Monday night, the ex-Dallas Cowboys tight end was criticized for his commentary during the network’s airing of ‘Monday Night Football.’
The Kansas City Chiefs, led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid, went to Los Angeles and battled the Rams, including quarterback Jared Goff andn head coach Sean McVay. In total the two teams combined to score 105 points.
Ultimately, the home team prevailed by a score of 54-51.
The offense and defense of both teams put plenty of points on the board in this wild affair. But on social media, fans still lamented that Witten was the man in the booth for this instant classic.
