Terrell Owens loves attention.

Earlier this month, Owens got tons of reactions across the world of sports when he announced that he would not attend his Pro Football Hall-of-Fame induction ceremony this coming August.

On Thursday, the former Dallas Cowboy posted an impressive video of him working out at the University of California, Los Angeles.

He also posted an Instagram video that revealed star Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones saw the 44-year-old run a remarkably fast 40 yard dash.

A little over a week ago, Owens blasted Michael Irvin of the NFL Network and Jason Whitlock of Fox Sports 1 for criticizing his decision to miss his ceremony in Canton, Ohio.

On Twitter, Owens offered Irvin some "powdered" donuts. He also called Irvin and Whitlock "Uncle Toms."

Several days later, Irvin offered his own comments on the situation.
