Storms to spoil Easter weekend in Fort Worth. Here’s a look at the forecast

After several days of sunny and warm weather, storms will return to North Texas over Easter weekend.

Temperatures will range from the upper 70s to upper 80s for much of the week, according to the National Weather Service Fort Worth. A cold front will arrive late Monday, April 14. However, temperatures will only drop into the upper 70s on Tuesday, April 15.

Storm chances begin late Friday, April 18, and continue over the weekend. There’s a chance for strong to severe storms on both Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, April 20, according to the NWS.

It’s still early to determine more specific threats and timing with these storms, thus the NWS will keep an eye on conditions as the week progresses.
