Walmart stores across Texas are expected to open at their usual time, around 6 a.m., and close at 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve. The retailer is also offering one hour delivery on Christmas Eve until 5 p.m.
Is Sam’s Club open on Christmas Eve?

What are Target’s Christmas Eve Hours?
