March 14, 2003: Ozell Everhardt, 70, a retired cafeteria worker for Fort Worth schools, puts finishing touches of St. Patrick’s Day decorations on the well known mimosa tree that sits on a small hillside alongside I-30 between Beach Street and Oakland Boulevard in east Fort Worth.
