A suspect was in custody Monday on a murder charge in connection with the shooting, according to jail records. Andres Argumedo, 42, of Everman, was arrested and was being held in the Tarrant County Jail on $200,000 bond.
At about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, officers received a shooting call to La Botica Bar in the 3700 block of Hemphill Street. They found a man lying on the floor inside the bar with a gunshot wound, Fort Worth police Officer Ivan Gomez said on Sunday.
