Woman dies from injuries in two-vehicle collision in Fort Worth suburb

A Keller woman died late Monday from injuries she sustained in a two-vehicle crash in North Richland Hills, according to officials with the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office and North Richland Hills police.

The crash occurred about 6 p.m. Monday on Davis Boulevard in North Richland Hills, and the woman died late Monday at a North Richland Hills hospital.

She has been identified as Elizabeth Lynne Kirk, 49, of Keller, according to the medical examiner’s office website on Tuesday. She died at 11:21 p.m. Monday.

Another woman also was seriously injured in the wreck.

North Richland Hills police responded to the accident at Davis Boulevard and Cross Drive.

Kirk had been driving a white sedan and the other driver was in a black sport utility vehicle, according to North Richland Hills police.

Authorities did not provide any other details on the crash.

Davis Boulevard was closed for more than hour as authorities investigated the crash.

No charges are expected to be filed at this time, North Richland Hills police said.
