Man walked into Bedford pharmacy with multiple stab wounds; search underway for suspect
A man staggered into a pharmacy Tuesday night seeking help after he was stabbed multiple times, police said.
He was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. His condition was not available Wednesday.
A search was underway Wednesday for his attacker.
Police responded to a stabbing call shortly after 7:30 p.m. at the CVS Pharmacy at 243 E. Pipeline Road.
The stabbing occurred in the 800 block of Brown Trail, police said.
"We believe the victim and suspect knew each other," police Lt. Kirk Robert said Wednesday in a telephone interview.
Police did not release a motive for the stabbing.
