$1 million winning Texas Lottery scratch-off ticket sold at Fort Worth store

The first $1 million top prize claimed in the current scratch-off ticket game Million Dollar Loteria was sold at a Fort Worth store, according to a Texas Lottery news release Tuesday.

A lucky North Richland Hills resident, who chose to remain anonymous, claimed a top prize, according to the release.

The winning ticket was purchased at C&D Kwik Stop #2, at 2401 W. Seminary Drive in Fort Worth, the Texas Lottery Commission said.

This was the first of 10 top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in this game. Million Dollar Loteria offers more than $363.5 million in total prizes, according to the release.

Overall odds of winning any prize in the game are one in 3.29, including break-even prizes.

Ticket packs hold 25 tickets and cost $20, according to the Texas Lottery website.
