Chick-fil-A is building a $1.2M restaurant in Argyle. Here’s what we know so far.
A new Chick-fil-A is coming to Argyle.
Records show the company plans to build a $1.2 million restaurant on FM 407 near Interstate 35W in Denton County. The new Chick-fil-A will have drive-thru and stand-alone canopies, and be about 5,600 square feet.
Construction is expected to begin in January 2024, with a completion date of late June 2024.

This Chick-fil-A will be near a new McDonald’s coming to Argyle in this rapidly developing corridor. The McDonald’s construction is expected to finish in July.
Meanwhile, construction is getting underway in at the Chick-fil-A in far north Fort Worth, on Western Center Boulevard near I-35W, where $1 million in renovations will expand the drive-thru. That restaurant is staying open during the work.
In June, the Chick-fil-A in Southlake will undergo a $500,000 renovation starting June 1.
Elsewhere across North Texas, Chick-fil-A has plans to build 3 new restaurants in Dallas-Fort Worth and remodel four other locations.
