The Chick-fil-A will not be the only retail location in the area; the area also boasts a QuikTrip and Dutch Bros. Coffee.

Construction is expected to be completed in mid-October of 2026.

There are currently more than 3,000 Chick-fil-A restaurants in the U.S. as of May 2025. Texas has 500 Chick-fil-A restaurants within the state.
