TCU men's basketball will play USC at Staples Center in December

TCU men's basketball will return to the Basketball Hall of Fame Classic to play USC at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Dec. 7.

The Horned Frogs beat Nevada in the same event in December 2017. Jaylen Fisher was named MVP after scoring 20 points and dishing six assists.

"It’s another great opportunity for us to play in one of the top venues in the world, the Staples Center, and in California, home to many TCU alums and current students," TCU coach Jamie Dixon said in a release. "It’s also an opportunity for us to play a quality team from the Pac-12."

Dixon is a native of North Hollywood.

Over a 1,000 students enrolled at TCU are from California. TCU's enrollment for 2017-2018 was 10,394. About 1,300 TCU alumni live in Los Angeles.
