Dallas Cowboys homecoming honors Roger Staubach, Drew Pearson for Hail Mary
Before the NFC East clash between the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington Commanders on Sunday, the Cowboys honored players and cheerleaders from the past as part of their homecoming celebration.
The event was attended by Cowboys legends like Charles Haley, Dez Bryant and Emmitt Smith, who were honored as a group on the field before the game.
Following the celebration, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones led a tribute honoring the 50th anniversary of Roger Staubach and Drew Pearson’s Hail Mary touchdown pass against the Minnesota Vikings in 1975 playoffs, one of the NFL’s most iconic catches.
