‘This is a horrible take.’ Dallas Cowboys rookie Micah Parsons calls out Emmanuel Acho

We learned quickly that Micah Parsons isn’t afraid to share his opinion.

The Dallas Cowboys rookie linebacker (and part-time defensive end) proved that again on social media Wednesday.

Parsons initially posted a message on Twitter without naming names, but he got his point across.

“It’s sad how so many so-called ‘analysts’ go on and talk bad about players and have no idea what the [expletive] they are talking about!” he posted, using the Internet shorthand slang WTF.

But an hour later, Parsons took direct aim at the analyst in question.

He called out FS1 commentator Emmanuel Acho on Twitter after Acho asserted that the release of Jaylon Smith would put too much on Parsons’ plate.

“I don’t think you have any idea what [you’re] talking about and once again this is a horrible take!” Parsons wrote in a reply to Acho, who played three seasons in the NFL after attending Dallas St. Mark’s and the University of Texas.

The Cowboys (3-1) host the New York Giants (1-3) at 3:25 p.m. Sunday at AT&T Stadium.

Acho defended his take, however, and the two traded some good-natured (maybe) barbs.

“The big eye in the sky don’t lie,” Acho replied. “My job is to make television, your job is to make tackles. Based on our profile pics, looks like we both winning. Keeping doing you, I’ll do me.”

Parsons tried to keep it cool.

“I mean we [definitely can] go in the drawing board together to prove how wrong you are!” he posted. “All I’m saying [is] don’t post stuff on social media that’s not true!! Until you actually know the coverage and job obligation of each player on the field ! Cause actually me and Jaylon was right!! Soo?!”
