Michigan State lands commitment from Fort Worth All Saints 3-star quarterback

Fort Worth All Saints 2021 quarterback Hamp Fay announced his commitment to Michigan State via Twitter on Saturday.

He was offered by the Spartans on Feb. 18.

Fay holds 13 offers, per 247Sports, from Boise State, Boston College, Colorado, Houston, Illinois, Indiana, Memphis, Liberty, Louisiana, Pitt, Rutgers and Tulane.

Fay is a 3-star QB and ranked as the No. 36 pro-style QB in the nation and No. 151 overall in the state, per 247Sports.

He won a Class 5A Division 2 state title with Aledo in 2018, where the Bearcats went 16-0. He completed one pass in the championship game against Fort Bend Marshall.

Overall, Fay played in 12 games with Aledo that season. He completed 16 of 32 passes for 176 yards and one touchdown. He rushed for two scores and recorded 400 yards receiving with another four TDs.

Fay was in for a promising season in 2019 with All Saints before suffering a season-ending torn labrum after three games.

He completed 70.5% of his passes with 845 yards and 10 touchdowns. He added 135 yards rushing and two TDs.
