AT&T Stadium hosted 12 UIL championship games in four days to crown 2017 state champions

AT&T Stadium will host the 2018 and 2019 UIL football state championship games, the UIL announced Wednesday.

The 11-man and six-man football title games will be played at Jerry World, with a schedule placing all 12 games in a four-day span. the 2018 championship games will take place December 19-22.

"We are pleased to bring the UIL Football State Championships back to AT&T Stadium for another two years," UIL Executive Director Dr. Charles Breithaupt said in a press release. "The UIL is excited to showcase the best high school football in Texas during this unique championship experience."

AT&T Stadium hosted all 11-man championship games from 2011-14 and 2016-17. The six-man championship games were hosted at AT&T Stadium 2016-17.

This will be the first year that the UIL will use instant replay at all of its football state title games.

1A Six-Man Division 1 - Gail Borden County 60, Jonesboro 22

1A Six-Man Division 2 - Strawn 78, Balmorhea 42

2A Division I - Mart 34, Refugio 21

2A Division 2 - Muenster 27, Tenaha 20

3A Division 1 - Rockdale 45, Brock 29

3A Division 2 - Newton 40, Gunter 16

4A Division 1 - Carthage 49, Kennedale 21

4A Division 2 - Texarkana Pleasant Grove 41, West Orange-Stark 21

5A Division 1 - Dallas Highland Park 53, Manvel 49

5A Division 2 - College Station 20, Aledo 19

6A Division 1 - Allen 35, Austin Lake Travis 33

6A Division 2 - Cy-Fair 51, Waco Midway 35
