With National Signing Day rapidly approaching, 3-star recruit Ke’Von Ahmad is edging ever closer to the biggest decision of his life.

The Colleyville Heritage receiver will announce his decision Feb. 3 on live TV, at 6:30 p.m. on NBC 5 Inside High School Sports. Signing day is Feb. 7.

It will come down to SMU, Boise State and Central Florida.

Ahmad, who also played defensive back, recorded 1,604 yards receiving and 16 touchdowns. He hit 100 or more yards 10 times with a season-high 300 yards in Week 2 vs. Frisco Heritage.

In his final game, Ahmad made eight catches for 164 yards and four touchdowns vs. Lubbock Coronado.

Ahmad also recorded a team-high six interceptions, three against Richland, and went on to earn 5A All-State honorable mention and Star-Telegram first team honors.

According to 247Sports.com, SMU is the favorite to land Ahmad.
