Colleyville Heritage offense goes wild in victory over Frisco Heritage
Senior Ke’Von Ahmad finished with two scores and 277 yards receiving as Colleyville Heritage ran away in the second half in their 49-14 victory over Frisco Heritage at Mustang-Panther Stadium in Grapevine.
Key players: Colleyville Heritage quarterback Jagger Laroe threw for scores of six and 22 yards and rushed for a 20-yard touchdown early in the second quarter that gave Colleyville the lead for good at 21-14. Ahmad added a 22-yard touchdown catch from Laroe, and running back Caleb Murphy added two third-quarter rushing scores of 20 and nine yards, respectively, giving Colleyville Heritage the 42-14 lead, going into the fourth quarter.
Frisco Heritage’s Amare Jones finished with over 220 all-purpose yards and two scores, which included a 100-yard kickoff return in the first quarter.
