Dallas-Fort Worth area high school volleyball player of the week from Nolan Catholic

Nolan Catholic’s Suli Davis was voted the latest Dallas Fort Worth area high school volleyball player of the week. Mongare got 29% of the votes.

Mansfield Legacy’s Angie Brothers came in second place with 19%.

Davis wins her second player of the week award in a month. This time, the Nolan freshman came off a 42-kill effort as the Vikings beat All Saints 3-2. Her 42 kills set a TAPPS state record.

Fossil Ridge’s Lainee Pyles came in third place. Keller’s Taylor Polivka came in fourth place.

A total of eight players were nominated on Monday.
