Kickoff time announced for TCU football’s matchup with Colorado

No. 24 TCU and Colorado will kick off at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 4 at Amon G. Carter Stadium, the school announced Monday.

The game will be televised nationally on Fox.

It will be the first game back in Fort Worth for Colorado head coach and NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders since the season opener in 2023. Sanders, his son Sheuder and Travis Hunter stunned the country with a 45-42 upset of TCU after the Horned Frogs had just played in the 2022 national championship game.

That game would launch the stardom of Sanders and Hunter, while TCU finished 5-7 that season.
