After handling its business in nonconference play, No. 24 TCU will begin Big 12 play with a matchup against defending conference champion Arizona State on Friday.
This still projects to be the start of the toughest part of the Horned Frogs’ schedule, even with some of the teams suffering early losses.
The Friday night showdown will be a proving ground for both teams as TCU (3-0) aims to cement itself as a Big 12 contender, while Arizona State (3-1) is trying to get back into the Top 25 after losing to Mississippi State on Sept. 6.
