Previously we saw thousands of fans traveling to Fort Worth from out of Texas for the World Championships, and we hope to see the same impacts again,” he said.
The 2024 edition was viewed by over 426,000 viewers worldwide, making it one of the most- watched events in Rocket League history.
Fort Worth Sports Commission Director of Business Development Cassie Poss talked about the partnership with BLAST.
“We are thrilled to bring the Rocket League World Championship back to Fort Worth,” said Poss. “This partnership reflects our commitment to growing esports globally while showcasing the city on a worldwide stage.
