‘Sweet Piggy Pit Stop,’ PBJ burger on menu for Texas Motor Speedway NASCAR weekend

A PB&J burger, glazed donuts on Texas toast, pecan-pie filled churros and specialty cocktails are just a few of the concessions NASCAR fans can enjoy at the upcoming Texas Motor Speedway tripleheader weekend.

The speedway will host three NASCAR races May 1-3, culminating in the WÜRTH 400 presented by LIQUI MOLY on Sunday, May 3.

Chicago-based Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer for Texas Motor Speedway. They’ve curated a special menu of four entrees, one dessert and two beverages for the tripleheader weekend. Here’s what’s on the menu.

Sweet Piggy Pit Stop

  • What is it? Texas toast layered with bacon, melted American, cheddar and pepperjack cheeses, glazed donuts and a drizzle of syrup.

Peanut Butter Jam Burger

  • What is it? Quarter-pound beef patty, bacon and a layer of crunchy peanut butter, home-made habanero berry jam on a Brioche bun.

Turbo Mac n Cheese Lug Nuts

  • What is it? Deep-fried bites filled with three-cheese macaroni, bacon bits and jalapenos.

El Jefe Cheesy Barbacoa Melt

  • What is it? Barbacoa beef piled on bolillo bread with melted cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, topped with cilantro-onion mix and served with a consomé for dipping.

  • What is it? Churro fries with pecan pie filling, chopped pecans, chocolate drizzle and whipped cream.

  • What is it? Maker’s Mark bourbon, peach puree, iced tea, lemon juice and mint.
