Showers and storms in the mix for Dallas-Fort Worth. Here’s the weekly forecast

Dallas-Fort Worth will begin December with cool temperatures and low rain chances.

High temperatures from the mid-50s to low 60s will stick around this week, according to National Weather Service Fort Worth. On Monday, Dec. 2, into Tuesday, Dec. 3, a weak cold front will drop overnight temperatures into the upper 30s.

The best chance (30%) for showers and storms this week is on Wednesday, Dec. 4, according to the NWS. There’s also low chances for thunderstorms in Central Texas on Wednesday.

After a break on Thursday, Dec. 5, rain chances return to the Dallas-Fort Worth forecast on both Friday, Dec. 6, and Saturday, Dec. 7. The region last recorded measurable rainfall on Nov. 18, according to NWS climate data.
