A woman who fell off her motorcycle and was then dragged by a camper is facing a charge of driving under the influence, North Dakota authorities said.

Traffic on Interstate 94 in Fargo was at a standstill due to construction when the accident happened, according to a Sept. 17 Facebook post from the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

A 39-year-old woman driving a Zhejiang CFMOTO motorcycle caught up to traffic in the left lane before the bike “tipped to the right, throwing the driver off,” authorities said.

She landed in the middle lane as traffic started moving again and “was then run over by a camper trailer being towed by a Dodge Ram 2500,” troopers said.

The woman, who was not wearing a helmet, was dragged “a short distance,” according to authorities.

She was taken to a local hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries, troopers said.

The driver is charged with DUI and driving without a motorcycle license, according to authorities. The driver of the Dodge Ram was not charged.

Authorities said the crash is under investigation.
