House as seen on HGTV lists in Mississippi for $390,000. Take a look around
A charming home that was featured on the HGTV show “Home Town” has hit the real estate market in Laurel, Mississippi, for $390,000.
Could it be “the one” for you, as the listing on Realtor.com says?
The four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property, referred to as “The Warren House,” was featured in season 1, episode 2 of the popular show, which revolves around Ben and Erin Napier, who step in to remodel often dull and lifeless homes.
The home was only partially remodeled by the Napiers in 2016, while the newest owners took it one step further and showed the entire house with upgrades, including a new roof.
“It’s a gorgeous house,” says the listing agent Beau Davis told Realtor. “The interior is amazing.”
It appears to be the HGTV tag, along with that magic Ben and Erin touch, that has potential owners all agog with the property.
“I literally get 3 to 5 phone calls a week from people who want to move into Laurel — simply because they saw the show,” Davis said to Realtor.
The photos express a light, chic touch that bestows the interior of the 2,950-square-foot home — nothing too wild or over extravagant, which gives the house a breezy sort of feeling. However, color does play a major part in making the interior pop when it comes to certain rooms like the dining area and the bedrooms.
Laurel is about 89 miles southeast of Jackson.
