There is a rodeo scheduled for every day of the event. Here’s what to know.
What’s new at the rodeo?
There are two new rodeos this year in the Pro Rodeo Rookie Rally and College Rodeo Finals.
The rally will see the top Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association rookie athletes compete for a $100,000 purse and chance to qualify for the Pro Rodeo Tournament. The college rodeo finals will see collegiate teams from around the state compete, such as Weatherford College, Tarleton State University and more.
A few rodeo events are located in Will Rogers Coliseum, which has a newly renovated concourse.
The updates are part of a larger $50 million renovation project for the entire Will Rogers Memorial Center in time for its 100th birthday in 2036.
