1 person killed, 1 injured in crash near Fort Worth Meacham Airport, police say

One person died and another was injured in a crash near Meacham International Airport in Fort Worth early Sunday, police said.

Offices responded to a call about the accident at 150 Terminal Road, on the east side of Meacham Airport, at about 4 a.m., Fort Worth police said.

Investigators determined that two vehicles collided and one person died at scene, police said. Another person had to be removed from their vehicle.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, police said.

The person who died will be identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
