Fort Worth Stock Show parade 2022 canceled: What other events are still happening

The 2022 Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo Parade, scheduled for Saturday, was canceled due to strong winds expected in the North Texas area.

City officials and organizers with the Stock Show & Rodeo canceled the parade in consideration of “the safety risk to spectators and participants.”

While the parade has been canceled, the 23-day Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo is still on and had its opening day Friday.
