Bell Fort Worth Alliance Air Show to mark 75 years of U.S. Navy Blue Angels stunts

U.S. Navy Blue Angels and a new interactive exhibit will be featured at the 31st Bell Fort Worth Alliance Air Show from Oct. 23-24 at Fort Worth Alliance Airport.

The Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy’s flight demonstration squadron, will mark 75 years of aerobatics and feature the new F/A-18 Super Hornets, according to a news release about the event. An all-veteran parachute team, Bell 505, F-16 Viper Demo and U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt also will be included in the show.

Christina Carey, director of special projects for Alliance Air Productions, said a new feature for this year’s air show is the “Landing Zone,” a 1.5-acre area full of interactive, educational and fun exhibits and activities for all ages.

Tickets for the air show can only be purchased online at allianceairshow.com, according to the release. No tickets will be sold on site at the event.

A parking pass is required and can also be purchased on the website. According to the release, each vehicle will be given an extra space for guests to park, picnic and play.
