A 691-acre ranch less than an hour from Fort Worth is for sale for $14.25 million.
The Brock Vista Ranch features a six bedroom, five bathroom, 4,336-square foot home that was remodeled in 2010.
The entrance to the property is near the intersection of Old Dennis Road and Eagles Ridge Drive, just west of Weatherford in Parker County. The Burgher-Ray Ranch Group of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty is representing the property.
The property is in both the Brock and Weatherford school districts.
Properties like this are becoming more scarce, said Harlan Ray, a broker with Briggs Freeman.
“It’s so close to Fort Worth. ... That size tract in proximity to Fort Worth is just getting more and more difficult to find,” Ray said.
