Victim in critical condition after Las Vegas Trail shooting, Fort Worth police say

A person was shot twice and critically injured late on Saturday in the Las Vegas Trail neighborhood of west Fort Worth, police said.

The victim and a second person, who was grazed by a bullet, were fired upon about 10:45 p.m. in the 2800 block Las Vegas Trail, a Fort Worth police spokesperson said.

Both of the victims, who are adults, were taken to a hospital, police said.

Brady Wooley, 32, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and on the offense of deadly conduct, according to a police record. Stacey Woodley, 36, was arrested on suspicion of one count of aggravated assault with deadly weapon and deadly conduct, according to a police record.

Police did not describe a motive or release other information.
