Fort Worth police ask for public’s help investigating fatal hit-and-run on I-30

Fort Worth police are asking for the public’s help investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred on Interstate 30 early Sunday morning.

A pedestrian was fatally struck about 5 a.m. in the eastbound lanes near 8300 East Freeway, police said.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the person who died.
