A 34-year-old North Texas massage therapist has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman during a massage at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in August 2024, according to court records.

A Tarrant County judge sentenced Zantana Zuniga to seven years of probation with deferred adjudication on Sept. 4 as part of a plea deal with the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. He’s also prohibited from working as a massage therapist or being employed in any capacity at a spa or massage parlor, court documents show.

The woman, who identified herself as Sadie Kolves of Florida, publicly posted about the assault on TikTok. Kolves said she was on a six-hour layover at DFW Airport and decided to get a massage at SpaHere, located in Terminal C, to kill time. The other employee who was at the spa left, and Kolves was left alone with Zuniga, she said.

According to Zuniga’s arrest warrant obtained by WFAA-TV, the massage therapist groped Kolves so aggressively that she couldn’t walk. Photos included in the affidavit show bruises on her upper thigh.

Kolves said in the video that she chose to share her story on social media to spread awareness and help other people. Zuniga was charged with indecent assault, a misdemeanor, for the attack on Kolves.

The therapist was charged with a second count of indecent assault for an unrelated March 2023 incident, Tarrant County court records show. A sexual assault charge was also brought against Zuniga for a March 2024 incident.

Zuniga pleaded guilty to all charges, and his community supervision sentence for the three cases will run concurrently, according to court records.

Zuniga’s defense attorney could not immediately be reached for comment Thursday afternoon.
