A massage therapist has been arrested after he was accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a massage at a spa located at Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, according to police and court records.

The alleged assault took place at the SpaHere location in the DFW Terminal C.

According to a series of TikTok videos recorded and publicly posted by the woman, who identified herself as Sadie Kolves of Florida, she went to the spa on Aug. 11 while on a layover at DFW.

The massage therapist, identified in a criminal complaint as 33-year old Zantana Zuniga, groped Kolves so aggressively that she could not walk, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by WFAA-TV. The affidavit includes photos of bruises on her upper thigh.

Zuniga was charged last week with indecent assault, a misdemeanor, according to the complaint filed by the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office.

Kolves told the Star-Telegram that Zuniga’s arrest took her by surprise.

“It was an ordeal to get them to even prosecute, so once they actually did that, and then they found other cases once he was arrested, I was just relieved,” Kolves said.

Kolves said her biggest worry now is making sure Zuniga’s massage therapy license is suspended.

“I need his license to be gone, for him to not be able to practice and touch another female again,” Kolves said.

According to the arrest affidavit obtained by WFAA, there have been five investigations by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation into alleged inappropriate conduct by Zuniga.

Four of those investigations are pending, officials with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation confirmed.

According to the department’s online databases, Zuniga’s massage therapy license is still active and no disciplinary action has been taken against him by the state.

In response to a Google review posted by Kolves’ husband, an official with the spa claimed that all therapists had clean backgrounds, and that Kolves had “informed the officer that she bruises easily.”

An assistant manager for the DFW Airport SpaHere location confirmed that Zuniga is no longer employed by the business but declined further comment.

Attorneys for Zuniga declined comment on Tuesday.
